Landscaping gloves protect your hands from gardening-related accidents, which carry a high risk of serious after-effects. The use of machine tools such as brushcutters, lawnmowers and chain saws can result in serious injury.

Safety gloves designed for outdoor landscaping provide protection against mechanical hazards. All Rostaing landscaping gloves comply with European standards, in particular EN 388. This standard is awarded to PPE that has passed all mechanical resistance tests. All leather and textile gloves in our landscaping range are guaranteed to be cut, abrasion, tear and puncture resistant. 

Depending on your gardening activities, you'll need different levels of protection against hazards. And for optimum protection, we recommend that you wear gloves adapted to your projects and work:

• For pruning and brushcutting, split leather, polyester and polyamide are highly valued for their strength and flexibility.
• Nitrile, high-tenacity polyethylene and leather are highly resistant to abrasion and cuts, for landscaping, heavy-duty work and machine operation.
• To protect yourself against thorns and branches, use one of our landscaping glove models with forearm cuffs.
