To obtain an invoice, log in to your account in the "Log In" section , accessible on the top right of the site, and click on "My Account".
Select the "My Orders" tab .
Click on "View Order" for your corresponding order,
Select the "Invoices" tab and you will be able to print your invoice.

If the glove size you receive does not fit, here is the new procedure to solve the problem:

1. Cancel your order or the line concerned

• Go to your customer account and select the order or item you wish to cancel.
• Follow the steps to validate the cancellation.

2. Return items at your own expense

• Place items in their original packaging.
• Send your return to:

• Don't forget to include your order number in the parcel.

3. Re-order for desired size

Once the cancellation has been made, you can place a new order on our site for the correct size.

Good to know:

• In the event of total cancellation of your order, if you have paid shipping costs, they will be reimbursed in full.

After reception, the products received are not to your liking?

Is it an old reference? You don't have the reference?

You will find the ROSTAING reference on your pair of gloves, on the inside label under the format [xxxxxxxxxxT06], the T corresponds to the size of the glove.

You can search for your Rostaing glove by criteria, material, protection by using the filters at your disposal. Otherwise, do not hesitate to ask us via the contact form.

Rostaing orders are generally prepared and delivered within 48 to 76 hours (excluding working days) by our partner carrier Chronopost.

You can find the status of your order in the "My Orders" section of your account. A delivery tracking link will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery.

If you have a Rostaing promotional code, you will be able to enter it in the shopping cart before validating your order, in the input field "A discount code?

Once you have entered the code, click on the arrow at , the promotion will be applied directly to your cart amount.

You will find the amount deducted in the summary of amounts.

For the moment, our online store only offers delivery in France (and in Corsica with an adjustment of the transport costs). Nevertheless, contact us via the contact form to know our export resellers.

To correctly choose your size of Rostaing gloves, you need to measure the width of your palm. The width of your palm in centimeters gives you the size of gloves to choose.

There are several standards related to protective gloves. To find out the standard(s) for a particular glove reference :

• Go to its product page
• Open the right-hand menu under "STANDARDS".

You will find the standards for which the reference is certified as well as the associated protection levels. ( EN 407, EN 511, EN 21420, EN 388, ISO 13997, ISO 15383, Welding glove standards EN 12477, EN 659, Civil security label, food contact, antistatic standard EN16350...)

You can download the declaration of conformity for your protective gloves with the "Online Declaration of Conformity" tool.

The order being already validated, we do not have any more the possibility of modifying the contents or the means of payment. You can contact us at 04 74 46 07 10 or via the contact form, it will be possible to cancel it if it is not already in preparation.

If the order has already been launched in preparation, you can return it to us (at your expense) upon receipt and we will proceed with its reimbursement.

Please note that once your order has the status "In preparation", it cannot be cancelled.

Once your Rostaing order has been shipped, we send you an email confirming shipment with the number of your package and the link to track your delivery (By following this link, you are automatically redirected to the website of the carrier Chronopost).

Click on "FOLLOW MY PARCEL" of the concerned order in the tab "MY ORDERS" on your personal space.

We offer you a secure payment through our bank Société Générale.

We offer 3 methods of payment:

• By bank transfer or immediate transfer

The payment is entirely secure thanks to the online payment system of our banking partner: the Société Générale. Your banking data appear on the Internet network only in encrypted form, they are totally unreadable. Except for weekends, your order is prepared and shipped on D+1 for a delivery on D+2 to the address of your choice. You will be informed by email of each step of your order.

We deliver exclusively in metropolitan France and Corsica (adapted rate)

We provide you with 2 modes of delivery:

• Express delivery in parcel relays

For all orders over €100 including VAT, we offer free delivery within France.

The delivery costs differ according to the chosen delivery method:

• Express delivery to parcel relays: €2.99 incl. VAT (except Corsica)

Once your order is shipped, the delivery is express and is therefore scheduled the next day at the address of your choice.
